Lemon Pie
Here are the pics of my lemon pie. BTW- found out my shortening had expired the hard way. Pie looked good but the crust tasted horrible. I have since bought new Crisco. :)
Btw, buy the "off" brand or store brand Crisco the next time. Because of all the health subjects that are constantly in the news - Crisco re-did their recipe so it has zero trans fat which is good for your body but not as good for baking. You will get a flakier crust with off brand. And - if you make any of your own icing - it won't run/sweat the same as the real Crisco.
You'll have to make another one - I'd like to try it!
